We've had a busy summer! Cecil and I went to Australia and New Zealand in May/June for the Rotary International Conference, came home to go camp with friends and kids, had best buddies and their children from California come for a visit, and we both were able to go to our Young Women Girls Camp in Heber! We took a quick trip to Vegas for pure relaxation and saw lots of fun shows and enjoyed the pool. Eventually I'll get other pictures on here, but for now this is what we have.

Color me Rad 5k
We went to visit our friends in St. George for Mothers Day and found out about this race the night before! It was at the old airport which is on top of a plateau! It was fun and an amazing weekend with friends!

Grandpa Mike and my Fish!
My dad is normally the guy taking all the pictures so I'm glad I caught this moment. I sure am lucky to have him as my dad. And it's his birthday today! And I love watching my kids swim! I'm so proud of my fish!
Party at I Love to Cook Academy
I'm sticking to my theory of birthday parties at 5,8,12,16 with friends, so Lydia had a party at a cooking school with her little buddies! Later that night a few family members came over for cake, which Cecil actually did most of the decorating.
Just Because
There are a lot of nights where someone is not happy about something, and I'm tired, and Cecil gets home at 8:30, but then there is the perfect night when everyone is content, and how lucky am I to be able to capture a moment like this. * MARCY-Remember in times of chaos to look at this post* This is the good life.
Lydia's Great Grandmother and Grandma Lu
Our kids are blessed to have had two great grandmother's in their life for a time. My grandmother passed away a few years ago, but we were so happy to have Great Grandma Nancy able to attend her baptism. I never knew my great grandparents but was blessed to have a wonderful great aunt and uncle that I adored. What a neat experience for our little girl on her special day.
Lydia turned 8!
Our little girl made the decision to be baptized a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. We couldn't be more happy for her and the joy she will find in the gospel. We had such wonderful family and friends participate in her special day. Here are a few pics.
Christmas in February!
We gave the kids a trip to California for Christmas! Knotsberry Farm and Legoland! And whoever did the Great Wall of Cereal is pretty awesome!
