Meal Plan

So many people have been asking me for the meal plan that Brandi (my awesome trainer) set up for me. I'm just going to post it here. Basically you prepare the whole weeks worth of food except dinner, I do that at dinner. These are all approximates and you can tweek it how you like!

Breakfast 500 calories
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup eggwhites
1 scoop of protein powder
combine ingredient for a yummy pancake, Cecil uses pnt butter, I use low cal syrup
1 apple

Morning Snack 200 calories
1/2 cup cottage cheese
handful of strawberries
handful of kashi oats (put in ziplock bag)
When your ready to eat it's all in one container and the oats stay crisp if they are in the bag

Lunch 300 calories
Green salad with some form of protein mixed in Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, Hardboiled Eggs, Beans
(If you are a guy, you get to add a yogurt)

Afternoon Snack 230 calories
handful of blueberries
granola bar
raw broccoli
This is easy to carry in a lunch box in car for when you get hungry

Dinner 500-600 calories
Fish, Chicken, Turkey (any lean meat)
If your a girl half a sweet potato, if your a guy the whole thing (seems so unfair) or Spagetti Squash is awesome and curbs the crave of pasta.
Any dark green veggie

Late snack
If your still hungry munch on cucumber, brocoli, hardboiled egg, small portion of beans.

Although I've been off this meal plan for a while, it was awesome, and got me to move the scale 10 more lbs. Like I said the calories are an approximate. Brandi came into my home and we prepared this and it really makes life easy if it's already there and ready. I also was allowed one Lite Minute Maid Drink a day and one protein shake on the days that I did bootcamp. Pattee has been awesome, she's down 40+ lbs, now she needs to throw in excercise and she is there! If you have any questions let me know.

Once you get used to it you start to swap out foods for others that are similar. Costco has yummy salmon burgers. When they have their coupon I buy the limit permitted. And I love the Maple Grove Farms of Vermont fat free salad dressings.
